A trip down erotica lane...

Many years ago, I used to go to a lovely old gentleman's house for some drawing classes - mainly cartoons and pen and inks - well, one day, he tentatively asked me if I liked erotica - "Hell yeah!" I replied and so we started drawing erotic inspired pictures together.

We couldn't afford a model and so looked through old lingerie and Ann Summers catalogues for inspiration. Anyhoo, I was having a clear out the other day and came across some of the pictures I drew from that time. Here's a few for you to take a squizz at.

Tricks For Kicks!

Hi there chaps and chapesses,

Gosh, I have been so busy, I don't know where to start - I just DON'T know how all the other writers do all the stuff they do - I really don't - takes me an hour to compose a bloody Tweet!

Anyhoo - part of the business - as in 'busy'ness is a new release for you to have a squizz at - Tricks For Kicks is a new anthology by the lovely Xcite Books people crammed full of lovely saucy tales. It contains my story, I Am Matilda Jenks - here's the blurb and a little taster...

Quiet and overlooked by day, hotel waitress, Matilda Jenks is maid to the most self important guests and serves with timidity and submission. By night, though, she revels in her role as Ms Tilly Spanks catering for the guests' more nocturnal requirements and takes great pleasure in deceiving her unwitting clients.

I am Matilda Jenks.
I am unremarkable. I am of average height, average build. My eyes are a nondescript blue – they appear brown in some lights and even hazel in others. My hair is what used to be called “mousy”, but I’m guessing even that has a fancy name now – perhaps “dusky suede”. God forbid we are average. For me, though, being average is an advantage. A certain physical anonymity is just what I require. Yes, exactly what I need.
To be completely unmemorable. The ultimate disguise. Even my one distinguishing feature is manufactured; a tattoo of a black cat on the outer edge of my left hand, the tail snaking up and around my pinkie. If anyone were to pay me close attention, they could identify me from this one unusual addition. But they don’t. I may even be talking about you …
I left school and worked in a hotel to fund my way through college. You know the kind – all fat business men in suits being important. The studying fell by the wayside but the uniform stayed and here I am talking to you with a tray in my hand.
Let me show you what I mean …

Meeting Her Match with Justine

Hi There,

Well, I've been a very lucky girl to get hold of my very own copy of Meeting Her Match by Justine Elyot - she sent it to me herself - me, a prize winner!

Now, I am already a fan of Justine's work and am always hopping about to read anything new by the lovely lady.

With that in mind - it's another belter ladies and gents.
By day, Cherry is a music teacher at a posh school, by night she is tentatively embarking on a trip to explore her kinkier side.
A chance encounter with a gentleman sailor all too willing to oblige at a speed dating night, shows Cherry how much fun a bit of spanking can be. Sadly, he has to go back to sea, leaving Cherry with the need to delve further into the BDSM scene. She chooses a website and the world is opened up.

This is one pacy book - I tell you, if I can read a book within a week, it must be smokin' hot. One of my favourite scenes is when Cherry takes the sailor, Stuart back to her flat and they indulge in one of her inner fantasies for the first time. I really felt like I was on a journey with Cherry and I loved her as a character. She is intelligent, witty, sexy, and full of turmoil about her fetishes which added to the realism and empathy I felt for her.

My other favourite bit is when she joins a website to find a dom. The way Cherry filters the emails offers from willing partners is just brilliant, and the naughtiness when she finds the perfect match - boy-o-boy.

Justine combines humour, worry, shame, desire and excitement with lashings and lashings of lust in the perfect balance.

I have to say I have only one gripe with this book - and that is it finished too soon! ;) - I wanted more of the relationship she finally ends up with... I'm not saying who though, but, yum! Justine always has me falling in love with her leading men... I'm always sorry to say goodbye.
